Parkwood Green Dental - Dentist Hillside

Very expensive, I had a complete dental examination from another clinic which included x-ray and cleaning and I paid $200.The dentist didn't tell me anything at the start that x-ray would cost me additional money and in the end I had to pay $374.It's the responsibility of the dentist to tell the patient that certain procedure would add certain cost in the total.Here the dentist was more busy in the casual conversation with the nurse while cleaning my teeths.Lastly, I felt Dr Roy was a bit rude when I asked him about my dental issues. He said U have to look at your diet because I can't be with you 24/7. He didn't show me the xray images and just said your x-ray looks fine.Overall, he did his work well in terms of cleaning The teeths. The communication should have been improved.

Dr Roy and Michelle were absolutely amazing. I had a very long and complicated work done for my teeth but they were very professional, and the outcome was outstanding. I am thrilled with the results. I will highly recommend Dr Roy to anyone. He is great and so is Michelle and also Janine at reception organizing all my appointments.Thankyou guys.

Worst experience, I originally booked to have my tooth looked at for the pain and clean, Dr Roy cleaned my teeth and when it came to look at my tooth he said time is up you have to re book. Now out of pocket and still with a sore tooth so I decided to re book to have my tooth looked at again. I arrived and was greated rudely by the receptionist, I tell her that I'm here to have my tooth looked at for the pain and she responded by saying that I had again only booked in a clean, I said I'm not here for a clean and that there must be some kind of mistake and she responded with you only booked a half hour appointment. I said who books in a half hour appointment ? I only booked in for my tooth so she then says I'm wrong and wouldn't let me speak. I just walked out and will never go back again. Nor will any of my family.

Extremely satisfied with the Dr Roy Hui ‘s professional service. It was for my wife and she normally reluctant to go the dental clinic because most of the time it was painful for her. She is very happy & already recommended to our family friends.

Everyone is lovely. They care so much about their patients. Always finding ways to get you in asap. Polite and welcoming. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are as comfortable and confident with your procedure and dentist.

I had a great experience with the dentist Roy Hui today, he made me feel very comfortable, he didn’t rush me, took the time to explain everything in a way that I could understand and I felt very confident moving forward with the dental treatment plan he has put forward for me. I have never had a dentist that was so thorough and who was so clear about the pros and cons of everything. I was also really happy with the cost, he has offered me a treatment plan that is very affordable. I highly recommend Parkwood Green Dental.

Such a pleasant visit, nurse Tina and Dr Anj wrre both amazing. Only thing I could fault is that Tina thinks she’s funnier than I am. Highly recommended practice should have come here along time ago.

Janine is amazing so helpful and Roy is a legend. Infact they are all very lovely at Parkwood Green Dental. I mean no one likes the dentist let's be straight there. But Parkwood Green do make an unpleasant experience a lot more enjoyable. Thank you for your excellent service. Regards Mark
