The only reasons they get 1 star is because I can't give 0 and they actually answer their phone.I took my watch in to have the battery replaced and almost a month later I still have no watch or explanation as to why it isn't back yet. I had been promised at least 3 callbacks and received only 1 over this period.I have left a message for the manager to chase this up and I have insisted that my property is returned immediately whether it is finished or not.Pay the extra few dollars and take your things elsewhere. Whether this is the fault of Prouds Kippa Ring or their watchmaker is completely irrelevant to me; if you say watches are sent away first thing Mondays and back on Fridays then stick to it. 2 weeks I could deal with but a month is UNACCEPTABLE.Edit: To follow up my review of this store, I have discovered a few things. 1) I finally got my watch back, 1 month and 3 days after handing it over. Upon its return, it was noisier than it has ever been. I have to put it inside a closed drawer or not have it in the bedroom while I sleep because the ticking is now actually as loud as a $2 wall clock, and 2) I discovered that Prouds doesn't outsource their repairs like I thought they did. Their watchmakers are two guys who work in the Brisbane City Prouds store.You know, I went to a jeweller because I thought they'd do a good job and be careful with the watch that I love, but I guess I was mistaken. I will never go to a Prouds store again, and this whole debacle has me wondering if there are even any watchmakers left who actually know what they are doing.I love this watch. It was a gift and I have always tried to take care of it, but I fear it will never be the same again. This whole experience makes me feel like I'm gong to have a nosebleed.My rating stays at 1☆.My next step us to contact Prouds Australia headquarters and have the watch sent away again, but I will insist it is sent to one of their best, not any store in SEQ (to make sure it doesn't go back to the Kippa Ring or the Brisbane City store).

Lack of customer service. Train your staff on how to treat your customer even their different culture. Supposed to buy the ring but I changed my mind.
