Goodstart Early Learning Toowoomba - Spring Street

My son attended Goodstart Early Learning - Spring st full time from 4months old through to 16months of age. In this time, the culture there among the staff and the students were second to none.The communication standards were impeccable! To the point where I honestly at the time thought it was a little over cautious at times, however searching for for a new centre in our new home town, I’ve come to realise just how much I appreciated knowing when he had fallen and bumped his head, or got a scratch. Attention to detail at this centre is of the highest of standards across all aspects of childcare and early learning provided.The Centre Director Miss Jem was always available to discuss anything that was on my mind, including general enquiry’s, policy updates, developmental milestones, and just a chat about the day. His educators in the nursery very quickly became family, as did all the staff in the centre. Miss Gem, Miss Deb, and Miss Fazarna, took the time to get to know my son as an individual person, and cared for him as if he were their own family! They educated, nurtured, and gauged his progress with tremendous attention to detail, putting him into care when returning tk work was one of the best decisions I have ever made...choosing Spring St as that daycare, that was the best decision. The meals provided were always of a healthy and age appropriate nature, Miss Haylie the chef, continuously out did herself, and she always had a welcoming, warm smile and a quick chat as we passed on by.There were many tears as we regretfully had to leave, and every single person in that centre, specifically those already mentioned, have formed the foundation of my sons future that I honestly believe no one else could have come remotely close to.

Spring Street Goodstart Early Learning Centre is a wonderful, kind caring centre. If you are looking for a fantastic centre where you and your children will feel comfortable and welcome, where the children are nurtured, educated through play and are made to feel like an important part of their community this is the place! I can't praise this awesome team of educators and staff enough.

Fantastic place, brilliant staff! Staff will make or break an Early Learning Centre, and Jemma and her staff certainly 'make' the centre! I also love how it's a NFP so all funds go back into the centre for resources for the kids rather than into someones pocket.

Awesome Daycare...The whole team is absolutely perfect and they provide a loving care to the children ...They will go beyond expectations to support the family and child's needs...Good work team....

Oh gosh - where to start?! Jemma and the team have been brilliant for 2 years. In January 2018, Miss J (then 3 years old), needed to attend a daycare, as she had been diagnosed with ASD Level 2, and under strong recommendation from the Paed, believed that it was the best course of action when we had just moved to Toowoomba. Goodstart Spring Street was our closest centre at the time - and Jemma and the team did everything right! Funding sought, connections with educators made, meltdowns handled, answered a gazillion questions on every topic imaginable, supported us with personal fundraising, managed the manic days when our personal lives were ripped apart from change, worked with us during the myriad of supports that came in to work with Miss J, handled the injuries and incidents (of which there's been a few!), grew Miss J's intense interests into learning opportunities, got Miss J to actually eat real food, and somewhere in there supported Miss J to grow into a beautiful child who is now super-ready for Prep!

Great center to send your little ones. The staff are so frriendly and caring and they provide excellent support to your childs development and family values. Love this center
