Ku-ring-gai Dry Cleaners

Friendly but super expensive! $5 per tshirt or polo to get washed and ironed. All website pricing are incorrect and apparently are getting updated. Pricing are 25% to 30% more expensive that website prices. I just moved to the area and shopped around for pricing in all the dry cleaners in the local area and these guys are by far the most expensive. We moved from Bondi (where everything is expensive) and this place is far more expensive than even Bondi.

Yesterday I collected our king-size dusky pink velvet bedcover that had been dry cleaned by the fabulous staff at Ku-Ring-Gai Dry Cleaners.There were some marks and a blue stain on the cover and when I dropped it off I was advised that the consultant would get in touch with me to discuss options. When the lovely staff member contacted me they explained the risks with cleaning the stain from the velvet material. The material might discolour or potentially be left mottled.We chatted about options, dry-cleaning and sanitizing or wet washing. I decided to go with a wet wash. Again I was advised that this was risky because it could damage the integrity of the material.Yesterday I collected the bed cover and I am delighted with the results. Ku-Ring-Gai Dry Cleaners go that extra mile and obviously care about the work they do. I would totally recommend Ku-Ring-Gai Dry Cleaners because you know your garments are in safe hands.Thank you so much for your wonderful service.

Really nice experience, all the terms and risks are clearly explained to me. Wonderful customer service, their auto collection machine had a problem and my jacket didn’t come out, the owner came to help at 10 pm.

I have had my Doona and it’s cover dry cleaning here last year in August. Kept them in a bag since. Open the bag to use them today with an idea that they would be smelling damp as they were kept for long time. Surprisingly they smell so fresh. Can't wait to sleep in it tonight. Excellent Laundry are amazing at what they do! Visiting their premises last month helped me understand the size of the jobs they can take. Highly recommended for those needing commercial laundry services in Turramurra, regardless of the size.

I don’t often write google reviews but I wanted to publicly thank Sai and the team at Ku-Ring- Gai Dry Cleaners for their honesty, integrity and amazing customer service. I left my Mont Blanc pen in my suit jacket and it would have been very easy for it to “disappear” but Sai went out of his way to investigate and call me a few days laters to let me know he had found it. That aside, Sai is always so cheery and polite when I drop my suits, it would be hard for me to go anywhere else! Thanks again. SP
