I've ordered pizzahut from Turramurra shop, I ordered boneless chicken wings because I want to try something new but come out so disappointed with chicken salty and sauce wasn't right ( Korea BBQ , mango Habanero). And also I've had order Surf n Turf pizza, I didn't get my prawn in my pizza at all and salty as well.Please who's whatever in charge or manager look after and make sure is right.

The past two times I've ordered from here I've received pizzas that were inedible. Undercooked and absolutely disgusting. The last order was also for two large and instead I received two medium pizzas. I left feedback via the Pizza Hut app but was never responded to.

Sadly, tonight through UBER EATS the mean was wrong, not the right base, the topping moved to half the pizza, leaving half dough, it was an hour on delivery, and so pizza was cold, and coke was missing. So multiple failures. Usually good service, dead set waste tonight.

Awful horrible pizza - the worst ever !! Ordered 4 pizzas from PH Turrmurra today, all were bad. 1 veg - was completeu burnt, none of the toppings were even recognisable, just covered with aioli to hide them, the pizza was bitter, got thrown away. The others - toppings cover barely 40% of the surface area of the pizza. Meat pizza - soggy beyond belief - look at the liquid under the pizza !! Shocking degradation of standards. Now I remember why we stopped buying from Pizza Hut 3 years ago. Never buy from Turramurra at least…

Ordered online pizza when I arrived there 30 minutes later, the pizza was not cooked nor the wings were ready. Found staffs were chatting.When the pizza was baked, it was a good pizza with good amount of topping. However they need to learn customer care

Frighteningly disappointing for a major, predictable franchise.Yes, covid impact, staffing shortages yada yada yada. But >2hr delivery time? When we followed up at 1hr was told “on it’s way” that was a lie because the pizzas were still an hour away and we live 10mins from the outlet.Pizzas arrived cold, and burned, see photo.After reheating the one partially edible supreme pizza (which was not made correctly as mushrooms and olives were left on it) my wife was ill the next day.On complaining, we were offered our meal again, at 9pm at night!? No thanks; money back please…but even that decent request has not been fulfilled.Very very poor show Pizza Hut. Not coming again.

Worst Pizza Hut in Sydney! It was first and last visit. Manager interjects, does not listen and is extraordinarily rude. I am a customer of 40 years, have never complained and I have lodged a complaint with Pizza Hut, for the first time in 40 years. I have received no response whatsoever. I will not tolerate this managers rudeness and action against him needs to be taken.

The order delivered does not match what I ordered. There is no super supreme. When I called the store, after 20 min wating on the phone, I have been told they have delivered exactly what I ordered. OK, fine, maybe this is worst made super supreme I have ever ordered. You just loset a good customer forever, maybe you don't care. Good luck to you.
