We purchased our sound system from you back in 2009. Today I phoned asking for if they had contact details for some tech support (we live in a rural setting). Rob shared his amazing expertise over the phone and got us sorted out. Absolutley will be coming back to Sight and Sound Galleria when we need an upgrade.

We walked to store with little knowledge about home theatre systems. We were greeted by Rob and from there onwards it was a great experience. Definitely going to go to Sight and Sound Galleria first for my next hi fi purchase. They offered a very competitive deal for the Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless noise cancelling headphones recently. With their free shipping, it was the best deal at the time. So watch out for specials from these guys, they are competitive. Rob's creative problem solving, excellent customer service and prompt shipment have made me a very happy customer.

Really enjoyed visiting the Sight & Sound Galleria store to purchase a new AV receiver. I appreciated the detailed audition in the impressive dedicated theatre room, and the patient and thorough demonstration of how to configure the unit. Great price and great service! Excellent customer service, recently purchased Sonos 5.1 surround system & Samsung 4k ultra short throw projector. Not only did they matched Harvey Norman (Taylor's lakes) price but took off a further $300 and had stock too.Sales guy (RS) didn't try to sell me the projector screen, in fact he said I probably didn't need one if I had a white wall.Definitely worth me driving 45mins to visit the store.

Great place to go for all your audio and home theater needs. Shopped around a few other reputable shops and my mind was made up once I stepped into Sight & Sound. Arch was brilliant and professional in his approach with great attention to detail for the ideal setup in my cinema room. Takes great care in planning right up to execution! Great prices was icing on the cake. Rare to find such service in this industry and would highly recommend Arch to anyone.
