Cultivate & Cook

I was lucky enough to spend three amazing hours in the kitchen with Andre and I cannot recommend him high enough. I not just learned a lot about the process of fermentation and how it changes the flavor of different vegetables (ever tried fermented blueberries? this blows your mind!!), but everything from which pan to use for different things, what to do with veggie parts that I usually throw away, up the efficiency of my knife skills and let's say I will definitely never go back to store-bought tempeh and curry paste (what a difference in taste!!). I felt incredibly comfortable asking all the weird and random questions one often feels too insecure to ask, and Andre took the time to answer each one of them in detail! :) Fun, entertaining, at the same time very educative and relaxing, the best finish too an overloaded and busy week (and my partner definitely didnt mind sharing all the delicious things we created for dinner!haha)!
