Having had the good fortune of engaging Andy on the recommendation of a neighbour, we are happy to say that we have not had to look any further for help.What differentiates him from others is his years of experience, a tireless ‘can-do’ approach and a strong work ethic that runs through his entire process of resolving problems. He looks to remedy the problem at the source and is not content to deliver cut-and paste or makeshift solutions. Andy kept to his appointments and remained committed and focused on the task throughout. He took pains to fully investigate the roof and wall leaks, looked for all possible contributing factors before taking a very considered plan of action. In executing the repairs, he covered all bases to ensure that the leaks were plugged- from the obvious building defects to the small cracks. His work exceeded expectations by being completed to a very high standard. Without hesitation, my husband and I would vouch for the integrity and calibre of work that Andy does.

I called Andy to repair a small section of gutter overflow at the end of the gutter. I believe it is a widespread issue. The end section appears to drop down and overflow during a thunderstorm. He quoted me for a couple of hours of work when he received the photo of the gutter. Although his first hour rate is $220 and $110 thereafter, it worked out cheaper than the others due to his professional efficiency when the other quote says six hours to complete the job. Because Andy has multiple trade experiences, I strongly recommend him to anyone who needs something fixed around the house.

I was looking for a handyman to sort out a few things around my house, Andy provided a prompt a fair quote. His work was exceptionally good in all respects. He was reliable, polite, tidy and extremely efficient. He exceeded my expectations, so much so that I now how have a longer list of things for him to do and he will be doing work at my daughter's place also. Highly recommended.

Completely satisfied with Andy 's work. There was a very tricky leak at my house which I was trying to repair since last 5 months. Several roofers visited but no one was able to resolve the issue. Andy patiently listened to all the details about leak and then acted over it. Fortunately the repairs he did on the roof resolved the issue. The price is also competetive and all costs are told upfront so that you can make a decision. Highly recommend him for all your handyman needs.

Construct and Install a hatch in the floor to provide under house access.Andy completed all the three tasks without any problem. He knows what he is doing and is super patient and calm.
