I have submitted a complaint to fair trading as this company damaged my blinds and fittings, were highly unprofessional, were unresponsive and arrived late. The person who came to remove my blinds arrived without a ladder and asked if he could stand on my upholstered furniture! The business owner was abusive and tried to tell me it was not their responsibility to reinstall the blinds contrary to their web site information. BUYER BEWARE!
