I love my KFC, and I've found Gawler KFC to be pretty consistent in their food quality and service. The store always seems clean and tidy too, but I mostly use the drive thru.

The service and quality of food has dramatically improved in the last 12 months.The staff are friendlier and offer quick service in the drive thru, although at peak meal times there can be quite a wait.Trading hours have also increased.There are still minor problems with orders not correct, missing Aoli dipping sauce or wicked wings forgotten in meal boxes. I believe this occurs mainly at peak trade times.... they are just very busy, so orders are rushed.To their credit, if you have your receipt and mention on your next visit they will rectify.Plenty of seating inside which is separated for privacy and COVID-19 safe.Order online for quicker service than the drive thru, just walk in and pick up.Wheelchair access ♿ and parking is available. Also public amenities are available.

I feel as though KFC as a brand has lost its mojo. The food quality has very much declined. Not just at this store but KFC Australia as a whole. The staff at this KFC work very hard with a massive line up of people both inside and out. They handle this with grace and with a smile. Well done to the training staff and supporting staff!

I went through drive thru last night wanted the giant snack box was told they had no tenders ordered something else and when collected I asked again an apparently the manager refuses to do this promotion the boxes are too big why promote something you can't get kids were so disappointed

this place has the best KFC in the whole state and great service as well along with the atmosphere being quite and a great place to enjoy a meal, never had a bad order.

Very hit and miss with freshness of chicken also variety of pieces in 3 piece feeds normally 2 dry bits of breast with a dry shrivelled up wing...love kfc chicken but this local let's it down enormously. Last winge no more drive through menus....its apparently because they want you to use the app.........will bypass for now for a while

I called in tonight about an hour ago and ordered a mixed feast only to find on my long drive home, after eating my chips, that I had only been given hot & spicey chicken pieces and no nuggets or crispy strip's. Sadly I didn't request my receipt or I would have given feedback via the new sites. Feeling duped:(

Was nice to sit in and eat.. The tables where all dirty, but then a young girl came out and cleaned that was good
