Arrived the other day to a huge queue (cruise ship had arrived), all the staff were serving customers and it was great to see even with what appeared to be two grumpy, impatient and all round unhappy customers the staff showed great resilience and professionalism.This is exactly what makes this store so great. A+++ staff and a wide variety of items, plus extensive knowledge gives me confidence to shop here.

My partner was in pain and extreme discomfort and asked to talk to the pharmacist about what over the counter medications might help. The girl at the counter spoke to the pharmacist and told us he'd be with us soon. He dutifully ignored my partner for the next 25 minutes, although he could clearly see her waiting, but did find time to assist a pretty French girl who came in. He then disappeared.We waited another 5 minutes before leaving, having been provided with zero help or respect.My partner is now in hospital in Perth. Luckily there are some professional health specialists here.
