My partner and I are in the process of building our first home. When selecting which builder we wanted to go with, Keir was an absolute standout from the start.Emails and phone calls are always answered in a timely manner. No question is ever too much for them to answer. Their service really does go above and beyond.At no point during the process have we felt left in the dark or unsure. We are 110% certain that we have chosen the right builder and we can't wait to move into our beautiful home.To Brad, Peter and Sharon - thank you so much! You guys are truely amazing!

Only part way through building and have to say what a professionally run company. Planning is amazing and every contractor used by Keir has been a pleasure to deal with. Brad and his team are great.

Keir built us a beautiful home nearly two years ago and we’ve never looked back. From our first meeting with the sales team we were impressed by their customer service and technical knowledge in helping us to plan our new home. Their contractors are outstanding....providing the same high level of service as Keir themselves. 18 months on we’ve already referred a friend to build and couldn’t be happier with the end product. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Good team to deal with, only issuie is the electrical fitout, cheap items that don't work. Particularly the Fujitsu ac's continually leak and need professional cleaning every 6 months (@$75each). They just don't cope with North Queensland conditions. Then the lights in the garage have been replaced once and one has gone again. The fans in the bathrooms don't do the job. I'm tired of calling so guess will just live with it.

We chose Keir Constructions to build our dream home as we were happy with the finishing touches in their display homes, their sales team who were very friendly and helpful and the price that they quoted for our premium package build which suited our budget.Unfortunately, that’s where it all ended for us, after 7 months of planning (2 months of which was due to me being away) we were forced to cancel the build due to the spiralling costs. We realised very early on into the plans that the allocation for the fixtures and fittings (cabinetry, appliances and electrics etc) for the house were very low and, in some cases would have been impossible to meet without scraping the bottom of the barrel. We ended up adding about $40,000 of extra’s to the build as this would have been our dream home, the quotes of which were obtained from local suppliers. Unfortunately, when we went to finalise the plans, the price of the build had increased by around $44,000. We did not know where this increase had come from, nor was it explained to us. This cost was on top of our $40,000 for that we had set aside for extra’s (total increase of the build was approximately $84,000).We were extremely disappointed with this outcome of the planned build especially as we had already purchased the land and kitchen appliances. We also found that communication from the Keir head office to be very poor which in all fairness was a blessing in disguise as it stalled us from paying the full deposit.I still believe that Keir constructions are very credible builders and have loads of happy customers but I personally believe that their pricing policy and communications need to be improved.As a result of the whole process all we have to show for it is a folder and a bottle of wine which cost us $1500 (for initially signing for the build) and a piece of land which I am now stuck with.

We have just used Keir Property Management to help us find a tenant for our rental property in North Ward. Caitlin, the property manager achieved an excellent result in a very short time. She found a tenant who wanted a long term rental. Her whole manner was totally professional throughout. Highly recommend this service.

Barrie from Keir homes is extremely helpful and is only too happy to design a home perfect for your needs. He reconfigures plans, adjusts components and goes above and beyond to make your home design exactly what you want. I would recommend his expertise in new home sales and design.

A huge thank you to Brad and the rest of the team for bringing my vision to life. The whole process was seamless and stress free, with the house being completed within the estimated time frame. The Palms display home was a clear stand out from the rest. The design process was very enjoyable and throughout the build process, all my changes and requests were addressed promptly. We just wanted to say thank-you so much to Keir for all their hard work building our new home! Everything is exactly how we envisioned, and Keir made it such an easy process from beginning to end. We loved how accommodating everyone was, being able to visit the building site as often as we liked, and the level of inclusions. We really shopped around trying to find the right builder and the Keir team really stood. Fantastic job, look forward to working with you again in the future.

Brad and his team designed and built our new home. Despite all the pressures of the last year, they were professional, courteous, and the build quality was excellent. Brad kept us informed the whole way through the build on what was happening, and gave us options when needed.I cannot recommend these guys enough.
