Karlgarin - Central Wheatbelt Visitor Centre | 317 kilometres south east of Perth Karlgarin has a population of less than 50 people and was first settled to support farming in the early 1920s. It derives its name from the Aboriginal name of a nearby hill and means 'place of fire'. The town was first recorded by Surveyor General J S Roe

Excellent place to eat and have a drink. Food isn't served every day so check ahead. It's a country club so don't expect a la carte but it's good food.Oh. Jack Daniels cans are only 300mls. That was a bit disappointing.
