The prices are ridiculous and service was abysmal.I wanted to get my car key cut and was interrogated about where I got the blank key from, how much it was, if I got the key transponder chip programmed, how I programmed the keyless entry buttons...After being asked every question under the sun he started saying how this was a very difficult job and you need special vice etc.Then when he finally quoted me, it was $20 more than a locksmith ($50 quote) and I was told if he does cut the key he’s not guaranteeing his work and if the key doesn’t turn too bad he’s not replacing the key.Mate if you don’t want the job just say it instead giving me the run a round and wasting both of our time. Ridiculous.

It took him 20 minutes to destroy an almost new fabric shoe. To top it off, he denied it was him.It's obviously where the shoe was clamped to put on the new heel.He had NO experience with fabric shoes and should have said so!He denied destroying my shoe although he inspected it thoroughly before taking the job.Never again!!! Keep your expensive brand name shoes away from this shop.

Went for a key cut the guy was very kind and generous, he offered me a second key for 10 % discount and handed me a discount voucher for next visit. He was super fast and all the keys work perfect for the first time. Highly recommended for any shoe repairs or car keys as well.

Had some engraving done on my fiances engagement ring the other week. I was advised the engraving had to be a little bigger due to the strength of the Tungsten, which was what the ring was made out of.I was very pleasantly surprised with the result and very thrilled. The size and font of the engraving wasjust lovely. So I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for similar. Also had some car key batteries replaced too with them on several occasions.Ps my fiance loved the ring and engraving too so thanks again

Extremely rude service. I wanted a dog tag engraved for a proposal. What should have been an exciting request left me feeling stupid for even asking if he could write a sentence on a dog tag! Left without a dog tag and going elsewhere. He was definitely not a 'romantic'.

I am a regular customer of Mr. Minit Marrickville. The reason for my frequent visits is the impressed hospitality of their representative, who goes out of his way to ensure that I am happy with the services. So far I have been there for duplicate keys, watch batteries, watch straps and engraving. He makes sure that every customer is satisfied with his services at Mr. Minit. Hats off to him and I wish Mr. Minit Marrickville the very best

I took my shoes to get stretched and they were ruined. The have started fraying around the edges from the stretching and look disgusting and are now unwearable.When I showed the shoes the the repairer he simply brushed it off and said they are not leather. So why would you continue to do the job and not advise the customer if you knew that!!I am very disappointed with his service and rude attitude. He is the expert in shoes and he was trying to blame me for not telling him they are leather.

I just had a personalised pen engraved at Mister Minit (Marrickville Metro) today.This Man's extraordinary engravery was done by hand. Quick service from friendly and knowledgeable staff. Got shoes resoled within an hour for a reasonable price, done to high quality. Would recommend this business for resoling, shoes are comfortable and staff went out of the way to help. Staff also offered upkeep and maintenance advice which was useful.
