Baileux is as excellent leasing and sales agency.Ben and Baileux handled my rental property for 4 years. It was always fully tenanted (with good tenants), and any issues were dealt with transparently and with good notice. I then sold the property with Ben and the team worked incredibly hard to secure a great, motivated buyer with minimal time on market, and left vendor and buyer very satisfied with the process and quick time to settle. Thoroughly recommended and great work again!

Baileux... Great Service.We would recommend Ben MOLINEUX, BAILEUX Real Estate Agency. After weeks of private researching of the market, we decided on a number of options for our 2nd investment property to be in Mackay. We made contact with the various Real Estate agents and locked in viewings over the course of 2 days. We were to travel from Brisbane to Mackay and only had 3 days. After a number of viewings with other Agents, we met with Ben who showed us one of our identified prospects. At this point I must add that all prior communication was from my Husband who cannot speak so all was via email and text. During that process Ben was quick with his replies and answered any queries asked. Ben was engaging during the viewing, providing a wealth of information on the property and answering all questions we had. Ben made the negotiation process seamless and with a hand shake an agreement was made on sale and all conditions negotiated. Ben stated that his handshake is his binding word. We stated that we would like the quickest possible settlement date as finance was not an issue. Ben ensured all legal requirements necessitating the quick settlement were forwarded to our solicitor. From that moment through to our settlement date, Ben was available at all times to answer any further questions. We were so impressed with the relationship that was built, we asked Ben to be the Property Manager for our investment.
