Just wanted to pass on our appreciation for the excellent work your staff did for us. There was a lot of walking involved as well as difficulties with narrow lifts. Your people NEVER COMPLAINED which was pretty impressive considering the circumstances. Good operators are very hard to find, so congratulations on having such a fantastic team!

This was the worst removalist I have ever used. Absolutely disgraceful charging for a bigger truck, then despite the fact that we had everything packed and they were aware of our requirements, it took 17 hours to pack and deliver with two trucks! The big truck did a backload for someone else's goods, then demanded payment before the loaded trucks left the first property. We are very unhappy and wouldn't recommend them.

Andrew and Sam assisted me with my move and it was smooth and they were very efficient. Moving can be stressful so was grateful for quality help. Would recommend Fox Relocations, Andrew and Sam for your next move!

I am very disappointed with this company. They sent two small trucks for a 4 bedroom house removal and we were also told there was room for us to add a few more items. When it came to load they could not fit everything in. They left me in the driveway with my fridge washing machine electric recliner and other items while they went back to the depot to unload and to come back and collect the left items. It took 4 hours and was an extra charge for the extra trip . My items were then put in storage till the purchase of my new location was completed . When the time came to move in we were assured that a larger truck would be sent. This also was not sufficient and another truck was needed , at an additional cost to complete the move in. My furniture was greatly damaged with the contempt of the men who were delivering my furniture . Scratches on polished timber and split timber on the bases of furniture due to up ending on concrete. Someone also decided to repair the chunks on my Queen Ann dressing table with liquid paper. I am really upset by the state of my furniture and being a pensioner I cannot afford to replace it all . Biggest mistake I ever made in using this company.

Not transparent with charges! They wrapped items that I didn't ask to be wrapped and they charge $35 for every one!! Then they took as lomg as they could to pack the truck, in turn is money cause they charge you, Great act by the guys who moved us if I have ever seen one, they also tried the trick of I have too much stuff and it wasn't on their list. I set them straight on that one as I said I would call the office and sort it out for them because I'm 1000% sure it's all accounted for... wouldn't use them again!

I had a urgent move of a small amount of furniture with a limited time frame. From the first time call answered by the Sue who made you wish that all companies had staff like this wonderful lady.She listened and then went above and beyond to make my booking happen. Customer service of the highest level right here.The moving staff were punctual, professional and just made everything easy for me, the two gentleman ensured that the company’s gold standard is obviously at every level.Thank you very much, and I will highly recommend at every opportunity.

I was satisfied with the service, however I had concerns over one of the guys, as this young man is so thin I was worried about his safety while lifting heavy items.Both were courteous and polite, done the job well, no damage.I would recommend this company to anyone.The charges also very reasonable.Thank you Fox, wishing you all a very merry Christmas and prosperous and Happy New Year.

Do not recommend at all. Very inexperienced team, slow, loads of breaks, damage to walls and skirting boards, overcharged for heavy items when I was specific in what I had. My son loaded more off the the truck than they did. Left items behind and wouldn’t go back. Overcharged me for 30mins at the end and wouldn’t move items from garage. Worst move I’ve ever had. Do not use !

I had very amature removalists attending to a small 1 bedroom unit. Which still took nearly 4hrs.i actually moved most things myself .The guys were on their phones for 20mins at one stage and took their time moving things, they also dropped one of my drawers which broke and did not seem to know what they were doing. It ended up being a very expensive and stressful move. Would not recommend.
