I got my phone fixed and they didn't inform me of any information of how my once waterproof phone would no longer be waterproof after they replaced the screen. Their customer service is very disgraceful and they really don't want to help you just to basically scam you and informed me my cracked screen was the culprit but I have had a cracked screen for months and it's never altered with the function of my phone. TL:DR Horrible service and I will not be going back!

They did a great job at replacing my broken Phone cover, and also took the time and care to transfer all my contacts over free of charge. It just goes to Show how reliable these guys are. Definitely recommend choosing them for fixing all your phones, highly recommended!

Got the back screen of my iPhone XR fixed after it was cracked, few weeks later start to experience problems with my phone battery and receive important battery message that says can not identify battery as legitimate iPhone battery". Go back to them to get it fixed
