Ordered our outdoor chairs in December and was told there would be a wait time of about 4 months, that wait time extended to July 8 Months and then was told it was going to be September. I Grabbed a refund and ran. I know that shipping is a bit out of their hands but at least I could have been told from the start it could be a 10 month wait. I hope these shipping times get better for you in the future.

Due to covid i had a long wait for my outdoor setting but I didn’t care. Now it is here i love the colour the quality and it is so comfortable. Absolutely recommend this setting.

On entering the store we were greeted by staff member Ryan. He allowed us to happily browse without hovering. I loved his relaxed approach. Once our decision was made on items to purchase, Ryan was very attentive guiding us on available choices etc. Once purchase had been completed Ryan delivered goods and assisted in setting assembled items in my chosen positions. I then had to assemble dining chairs and table, remove tanner and oil the setting myself. Upon removing tanner from table top I was concerned with 2 patches of furry timber and many patches on the table top. So I visited the store with photos and Ryan agreed to attend my home to inspect himself, where he agreed the table top didn't seem to the factories usual high standard. He took the table top away to see if any thing could be done to rectify the issue and also to contact the factory. 2 days later Ryan delivered a brand new table top and helped reassemble. He had also removed the tanner at the store for me, which I really appreciated. I can not recommend this store and staff high enough. Ryan went above and beyond with his customer service and I would happily return for future items. BEST SERVICE I'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME. Keep up the great work.Cheers Patty Washington.My only issue:I do believe that once purchased you should be able to use immediately and the tanner removal and oiling should be done prior to delivery. It just seems wrong to have to put in so much work myself on washing, removing tanner and oiling the new kwila items after paying for such a quality item.

Our wind rated umbrella was delivered and installed and everything was as promised to us. We are so happy with the product and service provided. Australian made and locally owned and operated small business. Thanks so much guys, thoroughly recommend this business.

OMG. After 10 years Grant and Micheal remembered us when we returned to this store to buy a dining table. We had previously purchased chairs to go with another table we had. The chairs we got 10 years ago from Grant still look like new. Such great personal service by the guys. Thank you.

We drove from Port Douglas to Townsville as we saw the furniture online and we were not disappointed. Service was excellent, furniture arrived when it was supposed to. Recently managed to lose some of the clips for the cushions and Grant immediately popped a couple in the post to use free of charge.

We purchased a pool umbrella Christmas 2021. Unfortunately, it was damaged 5 months later in an extreme windstorm. The way Michael went out of his way to follow-up the repair process and keep us informed was greatly appreciated. Michael was a real sounding board for us in what could have been a stressful process. Michael went above and beyond assisting us and we cannot thank him enough for it. The business not only sells quality products, but what more could you ask for in after sales service!

Grant and Michael have been so helpful in helping me find the right products for my outdoor area! They are both so knowledgeable and have such a warm and welcoming approach! I love my new rausch products and will continue to support such a wonderful business!!

Purchased a pool umbrella from Grant. Great service thankyou.Love our new umbrella and we were advised on the best for our pool as we already had one and wanted another for more shade from our sunshine.

If I could give zero stars I would. After they stuffed up our order, and gave us something worth far less than we paid for, we were told that THEY would fix it. They ordered the correct part and when it finally arrived they told us WE had to fix it ourselves. Got a phone call today from an older man (didn't quite get his name) to see if we had fixed it yet and as we have not I was threatened with our warranty not being valid because we have not returned the incorrect part and are therfore debtors.So courteous when taking money off us but this is by far the rudest service I have ever come across.
