Came here today one week before Xmas at 1.30pm on a Saturday afternoon and it was closed. The guy and girl “working” in the store just casually walked out and closed it up.

Not professional customer service at all, not recommended.

Just ridiculously unprofessional service i ve ever had. The staff told me that as if i break and all my fault which makes me feel so angry. I never come back.

DONT GO IN PERSON! My partner purchased some kitchenware from this store, was lead to believe it was on sale to find out that it was only on sale online, not in person these products where marked on sale online, however, in store only one color was on sale, easy mistake to make. Refusal to help fix or warn about this detail. Very malicious business practice, signs up all over about overstock and sale, but, no mention at the counter. We asked to come in and change it, the employees on in the afternoon on Wednesday 31st of august 2022, went on break on the time they where told to go in. Made my partner wait during work hours. Then said they had to wait for a manager. All during work hours. Saying she had to go today to fix it creating a false pressure. Bullying and selfish behavior in my opinion. AVOID THIS STORE!!! Buy online or better yet buy from elsewhere

I purchased an item with lifetime warranty a few years ago and it recently broke. Given that I no longer had the receipt, I wrote to the manufacturer in the US who were more than happy to back their warranty so they put me on to their distributor in Australia, who told me to take it back where I purchased it from for warranty exchange. I am absolutely appalled by this store making it so difficult to honour a manufacturer warranty, even though I had it in writing from manufacturer and Aussie Distributor. The head office eventually came around and said I could return to the store to collect a replacement but that I would need to keep my receipt for the future. I asked why they couldn't just record on my customer file that I have received this item and she agreed that she would arrange to do that. Then, when I went to collect it today from Spencer Street DFO, the dim-witted guy who works there made a point to tell me that they were replacing the item in good faith. I don't think he knows what good faith is but I do certainly know that he doesn't know what lifetime warranty means. So dumb. There are so many stores that sell the same products, quite often cheaper but most definitely with higher levels of customer service and respect for the people who are the reason they have a business

Absolutely atrocious service. Bought a knife, thought box was sealed, get home and it's empty. I call, make arrangements to go next day, closed early due to computer". But still staff there

I needed a new set of pans and knives for my new place and the young girl named Namira was soo helpful! She walked me through all the different types and explained everything so well. Thank you Nameraa for your exceptional service !

I had a quilt cover and i ask staff girl already that i can return or exchange it or not before the purchase and she told me to return within 24 hours. Firstly, the cover material was so poor and Next day , when i go to return the item they said we don’t do returns. The staff girl was new and she didn’t know the terms and conditions. I asked to exchange it with something else but they didn’t agree. Unfortunately, had to return back with wrong size quilt cover. worst experience ever and poor customer service
