Were there today, no toaster, no capsicum, no tomatoes...no lots of things. Even the display case was empty. Staff had to keep running out the back to fullfill each order. Slow service to the point where I wanted to vault the counter to help. My wrap resembled a rectangular pancake

Worst ham cheese tomatoe jaffle ever, pitiful amount of cheese and ham, cold inside and the cheese was not even the slightest bit melted. Picture on the sign show melted cheese running out and toasted really nice but was nothing like what I got.

Walked in there last Sunday and walked out. There was food all over were they make the food. No one else in the shop so no excuse for not having enough time to clean

Went there for late lunch. Was greeted with a Trainee that couldn't have been less enthusiastic about being there, hair not even tied back as he had long hair and no hairnet. There was dust on the top counters that looked like it had been there for weeks and the food prep area was disgusting with bits of salad in other salads and the display cabinet looking like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. Sub was burnt and my wife had to ask for hers to not be so toasted. Would have gone direct to the Subway sit but wasn't even offered a receipt to lodge feedback. Would have given 0 stars but 1 is the lowest option.

Nice staff, good service. Could be some delays because of online orders. But I guess that’s the way it goes these days. But maybe priority for those in the store might be a good idea.

Blibli local subway. Standard pricing and menus, can be a long wait. Food prep and presentation OK for a subway.

The app is excellent to use. The food is healthy and good value. It would be great if subway sold freshly squeezed juices instead of soft drinks. What is the point eating healthy a drinking processed sugar? Also, while the service is good most days, it can be inconsistent. Have a designated for online order pickups rather than mixing all the customers together.

The supervisor B was doing an amazing job of keeping up with 5pm dinner rush including online orders. 2 staff had no shown up and she was running around with a smile and maintaining polite conversation with customers which is a credit to the attitudes that walk through the door. I would recommend a start time of 4.30pm so that all hands are on deck. I saw at least two walk outs while I was getting my order and just found a pine needle in my salad. Sometimes you need to spend money to make more.
