Good service place. The person who sits at the service desk, named Dustin, is a true legend and extremely helpful. He deserves to be appreciated.

Last Tuesday 28/2/23 I arrived at Esperance Toyota Service Dept unannounced and spoke to Annette in that Dept where I outlined a problem I was having with my Toyota Landcruiser. I was travelling from NSW and clearly not a customer of the Dealership. Annette immediately sought the advice of one of the dealerships technicians who was able to identify the problem very promptly and establish that the problem needed to be fixed sooner than later. Within 10 minutes Annette was able to order the part and indicated that it should be shipped to the Dealership within 2 days. Two days later I received a call from Annette confirming the part had arrived and organised to fit my repair in between other vehicles that were being serviced that day. Later that day my vehicle was repaired enabling me to continue on my journey up the coast of WA. The service I have received from Annette and the Service Dept was nothing short of stunning and I hope the Dealer Principal fully appreciates the quality of staff that are employed within the Service Dept. Given the hectic nature of the Service Dept, it was clear Annette went over and above what I could have ever expected even contacting Toyota to establish whether my repair was covered under a warranty claim. Please extend my thanks and gratitude to Annette and the Service Dept, and I wish the Dealership well in the future.

We are permanently traveling around Australia and recently had our car serviced here. Without a doubt the best customer service from all the staff, in particular Marrissa and Bryan, that we have received at a Toyota service centre during our travels. They diagnosed an issue with the DPF that will now be rectified by Toyota post warranty when parts arrive. Would highly recommend Toyota Esperance.

Took our Toyota Coaster in to check a gear box oil leak. They fitted us is at short notice. The technician knew his stuff. Got under the bus, checked it, showed me what to check in future. And the cost was very reasonable! Couldn't rate them highly enough.

These guys were great. Rang ahead to ask if someone could look at a potential issue with our Landcruiser, arrived and attended to immediately with diagnostic gear at the ready. Big thumbs up to foreman Mick and very thankful for the assistance.

Excellent service at Esperance Toyota. We had an issue with our Toyota whilst down in Cape le Grand on holiday. Bryan moved mountains and managed to get us booked in and had our vehicle back on the road in a couple of hours. Very friendly and helpful team. Would highly recommend this branch.

I cannot think of another time I have been so impressed with a company's customer experience and humanity. Toyota Esperance’s customer service and technical skills are stand out GREAT and they went beyond that.We were on a round Australia trip and we severed a brake line (on a rough track) between Christmas and New Year's. On getting the vehicle to Toyota Esperance, Brian and the rest of the team were immediately friendly and helpful. Brian assured us that he would do all he could to get us back on the road as soon as he could and he was true to his word! Brian went out of his way to find a new part and install it, all up only took a couple of hours and Brian was kind enough to drop us off at the beach and pick us up, while he ran around town looking for a part and while they installed the part.Brian was kind, calm, tremendously helpful and showed amazing initiative.Huge thank you to you Brian, Melissa and the team for keeping our holiday on track - they exceed the bar in amazing customer service and being a truly kind and wonderful bunch of people!THANK YOU!

We broke down while passing through esperance, it was just before a public holiday and everywhere was booked out for days! Esperance Motor Group managed to fit us in so we could get back on the road. The customer servive was excellent and the cost was very reasonable, would highly recommend.

Couldn't ask for better service. Lent us a car for the day. Very polite and friendly. They washed the car and cleaned the mats and dash. Car was filthy when we dropped it of and it was spotlessly when we pick it up. Highly recommend
