Great. Service large store with a great range for men women and children

Garden City, Perth W.A. store is an absolute nightmare.Full of Gen Z staff who have absolutely no work ethic or customer service skills. Shopped there before Xmas and put it down to them being busy, again last week had the same experience and the place was dead. Won't be going back again.

I just park my car in the car park, first shop to have look and when I walk in JUST WALK IN ,with my pram and my babe on it (so didn’t buy nothing anywhere because I just arrived to the shopping center with my babe ) a “lady” start to say did you buy anything from here? My answer was no I just arrived in the center she been extremely rude ask to check my babe bag and I said what you looking for milk? Open the bag ooooooo surprise nappy and milk … I just walk out after what happen and I never ever going back here … treat likes stroller when actually I have seen people seriously stole in this shop and they just walk away… absolutely disappointed

The manager there Heidi I believe her name is, was super helpful & sweet on Saturday! The store looks the best I’ve seen in the last 5 years, everything was so easy to find! A great selection of products to choose from!

Helpful, though young, thus somewhat inexperienced staff. Went in to buy a watch and had no trouble getting some assistance. Staff all very friendly, especially a young girl who was helping me decide between two watches. I went with the less expensive one, but on the drive home knew I'd made the wrong choice so went back Xmas eve to swap it. Strangely, the store was closed in the evening (the girl said it'd be open til 9). Odd, but not a big deal.Came back few days later and was helped by a young chap with some (very useful) watch knowledge! Everyone else had said I would need to get the watch adjusted by a watch maker, but he showed me that you just needed to press on a small lever to adjust it, which he did for me in store. Thank you so much for saving me a trip to the watch store (and some embarrassment)! Went home a happy camper and love the watch.Oh and found out why they'd closed early, apparently everyone had been told it was going to be a late night, but the central office called that evening and told them they had to close at 6pm. Thanks for the explanation!

Was looking for a perfect mother’s day gift. Couldn’t decide what to get and a lad called Shiraz I believe led me to purchase a watch. What was most remarkable was his attention to tend to specific needs. I mentioned my Mum was an old school type of person and that she hates pink. In less than 4 minutes he pulls out a range of watches from different price ranges and helps me pick out the best one. Safe to say the youngin’s got a sharp eye and a good taste that satisfies customers like myself. Good hiring, city beach!

Family came over from the UK and did some shopping in the store. They were amazed at the price and picked up a few name brands at half the price. Use the discount vouchers when you sign on and register. Really worth a visit.

Really need to hire some competent staff. Staff are so rude, they have the worst attitude and know nothing about customer service.There's always only ONE girl who's running around helping everyone and has always asked to sign up to be a member, but the rest of the staff seems to be having a hang out party at the counter. I've literally heard staff members make weekend plans and dodging customers to that poor girl who seems to be the only one working. Any person with common sense can see the poor management and no sense of team work.I really wish I could give a rating lower than one star.

Terrible customer service, staff are extremely slow. I bought 4 items. 3 I had to refund as the girl taking the security tag off struggled with their machine. I watched her try at least 10 times to get it off, upon leaving the store I checked my items, 3 had holes in them. Manager was called he didn't even apologise. I got a refund but will not be going back. The manager didn't even respond 1 word when I explained what had happened. The staff seen too young and incompetent and that tag machine definitely needs replaced

Customer service was great!!! The counter boy was super friendly, but they definitely need more staff to speed things along.
