Myself & my family have brought two Prado Kakadu and two LC300 Sahara from Andy who considered as the best salesman I ever deal with, although we have been waiting over 7 months to picked up our Prado and going to be continued waiting over 12 moths (hope doesn't take that long) for the new LC300 Sahara.During the process of finance our second Prado, there are some issues occured which quite normal but the business manager Eddy has jumped in resolved the issues super quick and even delivery the parperworks to my sisters house in person, he showed us his profession and passion about his business which earned huge respect from us!Strongly recommend buy any vehicles from Andy & Finance through Eddy and his team in Chatswood Toyota!You will not regreted!

William Lynch is the rudest, most condescending, unprofessional sales person I have ever dealt with. He was disinterested in assisting me from the beginning, hesitant to let me test drive by repeating 6-12 months wait, and kept asking for my budget" when I told him it was not an issue. He did not explain anything and has no credibility. I wonder why he was trying to sell used cars!"

Never once felt like we were being pushed or oversold. They really focussed on the little details, from sorting all transfer papers to providing reliable timeframes, a top class vehicle detailing, full tank of petrol and genuine advice and care.
