I dealt with Atlas Windows and they did a wonderful job. I had no experience and the ladies there helped me through everything I needed. After the order was placed the ladies kept incontact with me for delivery arràngements. Atlas windowsDelivery was when they promised and the windows were perfect. I would highly recommend they to any of my friends

Magnificent friendly service and professional advice right through from ordering to installation. Windows (double glazed) are of the highest quality and have made a huge difference. The amount of light that now pervades the rooms is so much more than our old tinted colonial windows. On the first night after installation (in winter) we notice a massive difference in warmth and the amount of time the heater was on. The new windows open up the front of the house so much more. A great investment!

I love my new windows! Atlas windows gave us an excellent quote on double glazed aluminum windows for the whole house. The windows were delivered at the time agreed, in installments to accommodate limited on site storage and were all as ordered. The installers arrived at the agreed time, were prompt, polite, and worked hard to install some very heavy windows! The screens were delivered after the windows were finished and installed on the same day as agreed. Overall, couldn’t ask for a more hassle free whole house window replacement experience.

I went through Atlas windows and i found the service to be outstanding. From liasing with the girls in the showroom to liasing with the Manager. I had great communication throughout the process and would highly recommend to anyone.

Poor customer service at front desk

I had quite a high profile client for my humble renovation business whom was very particular about what she wanted. After some advice from colleges i directed her towards atlas to choose the window she desired. I liaised with my client and Atlas too ensure that my client got exactly what she wanted this involved emails phone conversations as per usual. I and my client where satisfied so we ordered the window. When the window arrived i could tell immediately it did not operate the was we had gone to lengths to ensure during the ordering process.When i pointed this out to Atlas their reaction was to immediately blame me for the error. This was a major inconvenience for myself and my client due to the fact that the project could not move forward until the problem was rectified. And that was the real problem for me i can accept that is mistakes happen and that they take time to be fixed but the attitude of the staff in charge was to accuse me of lying about the order and not to work towards providing a solution.I eventually got my window with the function rectified two weeks later. Unfortunately they had supplied the wrong colour parts their response was just see if the client notices". Not really the way i wanted to treat my client but with my 3 week project now over 2 weeks behind schedule i was forced to do this. Client did notice and choose to live with it
