Rainbow Nails

Possibly the worst acrylics I’ve ever seen and sadly paid for. Staff rushed the job, the nails are thick and chunky and generally ugly, the service was sub-par, one staff member was outright rude when asked a simple question. I would never go back or recommend this company to anyone.

Came in at 4:50, as quickly as I could from work. The staff were friendly, professional fixed 2 of my nails plus a full set of infills and a toe paint all within an hour! Fastest service and most accommodating place. Highly recommend

I will not go anywhere else to have my nails done. They last so long and we always have alot of fun. Thanks to Annie Kevin and Vincent for your care over the years. Xx

Terrible! The place looks run down and unhygienic, very few employees could speak English and the lady that did my pedicure left me with crooked, uneven toenails with cuticle hangnails and rough, catchy bits of skin. The boy who took my colour request got it wrong, and they got my service request wrong three times (just a pedicure and a new gel polish - nothing complicated). While they didn't charge me for starting the infill I didn't want, it was none-the-less a stressful, annoying experience which ended up taking a lot longer than it needed to.

Went on Mother’s Day for a relaxing pedicure….for starters it wasn’t that busy when we rocked up & still waited ages. The pedicure was rushed and sloppy as everyone started to flow in. Heard several people complaining about the same thing. We also more than happy for me to pay full price for a horrible done job. Won’t be coming back that’s for sure.

Absolutely terrible experience at this salon. Went with my mum. Quote given then overcharged by $45 / each and lied about quote given. Multiple cuts to cuticles which were not even tidied or trimmed. My mum gel toes didn't even last 24 hours before rubbing off. Tried contacting but ignored all messages. Do not recommend this salon.

I've been to many salons in my life and this is by far the worst. I'm trying to grow out my acrylics and start growing my own nails. I got the color taken off my acrylics, the tips filed down with the machine which were as square as could be (even though my nails were rounded when I got there) and getting eyes rolled at me when I asked for them rounded. I got shellac and asked for nude, and assuming I'd get an assortment to choose from she chose for me! A hideous pink and translucent one so you could see the imperfections on my nails underneath. The ordeal took less than 10 minutes and cost almost $30. No infills. No manicure. Just a colour change and shortened nails! Never again!

I am not one to leave negative reviews, but I feel this one is warranted. The person who did my spa pedi was incredibly rough and it felt like he was gouging my toenails out, they do not use the plastic covers in the foot basins like other salons (merely give it a quick squirt with some watered-down liquid after its been drained), and the foot massage" was almost unbearable (and I usually love a good

Horrendous service. I went in showed a picture of nails, explained how they were done was told that they would be able to do it. I got a set of nails that looked like a 5 year old had done them. Before I left I tried to explain I wasn’t happy and was brushed off.I paid $75 for nails that were absolutely terrible. Went back to ask if I could get something done was told to come back Monday. I asked for my money back so I could get them fixed elsewhere and was refused. Absolutely disgusting.
