I have been over due for a massage for weeks and found Sofia’s Wellness. Best choice I have made in ages from the moment I walked in the receptionist was lovely and welcoming, and Sofia was super knowledgeable and listen to what my concerns were and tailored my massage for it! Never felt as relaxed with mind and body after my massage. I keep recommending her to everyone! Will definitely be back, thank you Sofia you are one of a kind!

A private and relaxing space with your own choice of music and oil blend on a comfortable wide massage table. Sofia is so warm and kind and makes sure your massage is to your own personal needs. I love the face up neck massage which a lot of other massage places don’t do.

One of the best remedial massages I've ever had. Sofia really knows her stuff and applies/shares her knowledge to really help any discomfort and concern. Both Sofia and Lucy on reception are so kind, welcoming and helpful. The space is absolutely beautiful and instantly relaxes you as you walk in. The vibe and energy is calming, kind and relaxing. My husband and I have been going for a few months now and we could not recommend more!

Sofia and her team are excellent. After working at a computer / desk for over a decade the build up of discomfort became very pronounced in my neck and parts of my lower back. Since seeing Sofia, from the very first massage I could really notice the improvement. She has taught me how to correct my posture and I no longer experience the discomfort like I used to. Highly recommended.

Best massage I have ever had! I have been going to Sofia now for several months, and Sofia is honestly amazing. Sofia always listens and focuses on problematic areas to relieve pain. She is always professional and empathetic in her work. Highly recommend, wouldn’t go anywhere else!
