Staff are very friendly and quick. The guy explained the process. My car was very dirty and had not been washed for a very long time. I thought I would need to go through again in the next couple of days just to get it totally clean. To my surprised the car was shining and sparkling white again. A while back I has a very bad experience with another car wash business that damaged and scratched my Toyota Kluger. I am impressed considering how cheap IMO are compared to most places and it sure beats doing it myself. My car sparkling like new and not a scratch on it from the car wash. 5 Stars for customer service, value for money and results.

Such good value. Affordable, attentive hard working staff, a good job done in just a few minutes.Here we are in April 2023 and still these guys are at the top of their game. I attended this car wash in North Ipswich on Monday 9 August 2021, paid $22 for the Ultra HD, one of the pieces of equipment used to wash my 10 month old car left serious marks on my rear right boot. You can clearly see that it is marks that fit in line with their circular washer within the car wash system on the photos. Would not recommend, damaged my car, use at own risk.

Would be nice if there was a heads up on website, or a sign on the front that says they can’t do tray back utes.. save reversing out the driveway with people beeping and trying to come in

Great service at IMO car wash!You get a mini washdown by a technician prior to going into the car wash, so all that dust and baked on grime is lifted ready for a thorough wash and blow dry. Friendly staff and my car was gleaming the other end.They have different washes to suit all pockets too, will be back soon.
