The service at Pattison’s Hornsby was just amazing!! Was served by the most lovely lady, she was smiling and so friendly and she just made my day. Ana was incredible!

I have always loved the look of what was available here; finally had the opportunity to try it out. The lady who served us was bright and cheery and served us well; however as it's a busy area where you order make sure you speak clearly when ordering as sometimes it's harder to be heard. The seating area was peaceful lovely and clean; it was much larger then I had assumed. The group I was with really enjoyed the quiches, rolls and pastie they selected. I had the salmon quiche and was disappointed when I realised the only salmon was the two fingers on top which was very dry, otherwise it was a moist spinach quiche and the pastry wasn't fully cooked through. As a spinach quiche the filling was very nice.

The waitress (Freya) was very helpful and informative. I ordered a birthday cake to pick up the day after, she gave recommendation re the cheesecake size, also asked when the cake to be served. Super friendly customer service.

I love Pattisons, but sadly I had a rather unpleasant experience at Westfield Hornsby today. We ordered coffee and cake at 4:30pm and were told we could only sit in the outside mall seating because they close at 5pm - ok, fair enough, I can accept that. But at 4:45pm I was enjoying the last drops off my coffee while one of the staff loudly and roughly cleared all the chairs around us, bumping into my chair roughly at least a couple of times. The message was clear - get outa here! I get that you want to finish your shift and go home. But it's the way you do it, your attitude that left me with a bad feeling. If you'd done it a little more discreetly, I wouldn't have minded. I can make coffee at home - the reason I come here and pay for it is for a brief escape, and to relax for a moment.

I've visited many coffee shops in my time and this one makes excellent coffee without a doubt... the staff are also very nice, especially Ana, she is always so happy and cheerful!

I was served by a young blonde girl. I smiled and made eye contact. Not once did she smile and made just about no eye contact.Even when she served me coffee at my table, she said nothing.I thought perhaps she might be having a bad day. But, then a friend of hers dropped by and she was all of a sudden smiley and friendly.Just left me feeling rejected.

We Often go to this Cafe as best coffee in Hornsby,Anna is always delightful and smiling which makes my day happy.The pastries are fresh and served warm if you wish for even more love.I even sneak in chai with my daughter when the boys aren't around.My ongoing support for such a dedicated business.

I've always been a big fan of their , dessert ! I Brought few of my friends here and now it's kinda like our hangout place ✨ krishna's very friendly and humble ! We feel very welcomed when he's there .
