Purchased 2 pairs of curtains from this company, wrong item sent out. Emailed multiple times with no reply, tried calling their phone number countless times which goes straight to voicemail. This is a scam business. Now I'm stuck with Curtains I cannot use.

BUYER BEWARE Purchased of MyDeal, 2 sets of sheer curtains paid over $70, the add reads on my deal 2 panels of sheer rod pocket curtains, I purchased 2x they only sent me 1 set or 2 panels, now they are trying to tell me that that they sent 2 single panels which is what I paid for, even with a screen shot of their add that clearly states 2 panels. Would never purchase from them again. Buyer beware

I bought curtains off this website recently, and wanted to return or exchange them as they were too small. I have called and called the mobile number on their website, with no answer. I did receive text msgs saying they will contact me, which they have not.In the package there was a card that said to leave a review, if I was happy with them. Unfortunately, I am not happy as I have chased them many times and still not spoken to anyone.Too late now as I have bought new curtains elsewhere.Just wanted to give you the feedback as your customer service needs some work. I would have told you over the phone but no one answers or gets back to me.Thanks

I ordered 3 pairs of eyelet curtains & I am so pleased with them! They arrived super quick & unlike some I bought from another retailer who said they were white (& were not!) these are an actual bright white. So happy with the service, product, price & delivery time!Thank you!

Absolutely outstanding service. I ordered 4 custom made blinds on Monday and they had them done and dropped to my unit on Saturday. Very fair price too. Highly recommended and Lei was a pleasure to deal with.
