I got lashes done here two days ago. I paid $70 for volume. She did them in 30 minutes and they ended up looking more like classic extensions. I don’t know any experiences qualified eyelash technician that does volume lashes in such little time and if I were to guess she probably has no qualification. After completion I couldn’t open my eye for 10 minutes because it was burning from the glue. So much glue was used the eyelashes were stiff and glued to my eyelid. I have a swollen bloodshot red eye and have literally had to rip the eyelashes from my skin. I haven’t bothered asking for a refund or going back to get them removed (just as a professional business would ) as I know they take no accountability for the services they provide. I’m out of pocket no lashes and an infected eye. Horrible experience. I will be reporting them to safe work.I have had eyelash extensions every fortnight religiously for 6 years and never happened. I do not have sensitive eyes. I came here because I needed lashes last minute. Lesson learned- don’t cheat on your lash lady!

I went and got my nails done and after 2 days the nail polish cracked. When I went back to see them they refused to accept that they did my nails. They kept talking in their own language in which I find it extremely rude and still denied and refused to fix it. I would never recommend anyone going to that salon for the bad service and the quality of the work.

0 if there was a rating..Disgusting attitude and terrible stylists. Did not give me what I asked for in a pic and when I said I wasn't happy with it she suddenly didn't understand English and spoke vietnamese. I was rushed out at closing 6pm yet I spent 3hrs there and $190. To top it all they helped themselves to my chocolates and cakes I bought and left aside while I waited. Rude, terrible, 0 customer service.

Don’t ever come here . They burned my scalp when bleach my hair , damaged my sweater and not take responsible for that. Worse services ever from the owner to staffs. Please stay away from this shop.

Best hairdresser in Melbourne. Absolutely wonderful with colours and foils. Awesome prices and service. I always feel fabulous. They also do toes and nails. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Appalling customer serviceTo yell at us in your own language because of a mistake you made, which was easily fixable and we weren’t even annoyed about because it was an easy fix, but to blame us when it was your mistake and treat us like that is a joke.Would not recommend a place that doesn’t listen to customers, make a mistake and then proceed to blame the customers for it.If you guys want your business to succeed and go far, I would reconsider how you treat customers, seems like others on these reviews agree, must be saying something then.

Asked for haircut, trim and color eyebrows and trim moustache. Never known a business to charge before you receive their services paid $55 think they prefer cash Girls were running around very busy place . Not too much focused on customer service. When i asked to trim my moustache a bit more i was told it will cost me more seriously. Might give them 1 more go but i will refuse to pay up front. They should trust their customers my local barber does. Wouldn't recommend this place other places are better

I got this purple color done at this salon. I am so happy with final result. I was not sure how this color will look on me but Lani gave me assurance that it will look nice and she was right. I got so many compliments and this changed my whole look. Me and my sister go here all the time for all our hair treatments. I have been going here for last 3-4 years now. Best prices you will find anywhere and quick service. You can't book appointment here but I have never waited more than 10 mins
