Had a truck pull our lines down so i called up at 11 am and was told a technician will call me soon. 6 hours pass no call so i call back and finally get the technician who has no idea what i am talking about.Every time i called back i get the same run around so i asked to speak to a manager(mind you though in this time i have taken days off work to take care of my elderly mother who cant operate a tv remote let alone a mobile phone)So i finally get to speak to a manager today who already is angry because he was dragged from his break and had to deal with us peasants i ask him what he is going to do to help my 80+y/o sick mother (who is on a veterans pension) have a phone line restored. His response was i will credit your account $30 to buy her a mobile phone, after i had just finished explaining she cant even operate a tv remote let alone a mobile phone during my frustration i let a profanity slip and he used that as an excuse to threaten me with account termination all because i said a profanity, i did not swear at him or was abusive towards him but in my frustration i let the f word go and he got on his high horse and demanded we stop here or he will disconnect my service.He didn't care that i was loosing $300 per day to care for my mother while the phone service was down did not care about anything i had to say. the most stuck up arrogant manager i have ever dealt with. Obviously i interrupted his lunchIm not sure what has happened at this company as they had the best customer service team for quite a while, now that i have a genuine reason for being frustrated they threaten me with disconnection.He also brought up that there were whole towns without phones due to the fires and i should have a bit of respect. (none of those fires are near me and all the techs for this area are still in this area)I even offered to repair it myself and send them the bill for my time and the tools required to fix it he promptly told me not to do so. even though I have a background in radio communications and have worked on many infrastructures much larger that theirs over the years.So here i am loosing $1500 this week to take care of my elderly mother as she cant be left alone without a phone and can not speak english, operate a tv remote let alone a $30 mobile phone it took her years just to learn how to dial a touch phone . now they want someone who has had recent eye surgery to learn how to use a $30 dollar mobileAbsolutely disgusted at the lack of care for their elderly sick customers.I asked him who was responsible if something bad was to happen to her, i asked him to reimburse me for my lost wages caring for my elderly mother while the service was down to that he scoffed and said im not paying you anything but a $30 reduction from your bill so that we can buy a phone that she can not use. once our service is reconnected we will be moving to a telco that offers a 4g backup system. so here i am 1500 out of pocket my whole week turned upside down and veetel are meant to be a multicultural company who are there to help people who cant speak English. I have recommended numerous people to go to veetel/fliptv in the past but i will be making sure that everyone i have recommended the company too are aware of how they have treated a veteran affairs pensioner who has problems with vision, hearing and also numerous physical issues that make her extremely vulnerable. These are the people we are suppose to be protecting, not ignoring

THE WORST COMPANY!!! MUST READ AND SPREAD TO WORLD.Worst customer service in the world! Unhelpful, arrogant and rude! Will not help. Charge you without reason! Internet is slow. European TV works when it wants to work! Boxes overheat and stop working! I have never written a review before, but I am now for these incompetent providers.Customer service must be from some village in the Balkans with people who don't even know to turn on and off a modem.DO NOT SIGN UP!

Would give 0 stars if I could. We used veetel a few years ago for our home phone and a tv box subscription for my parents. We cancelled after a few months having paid every bill each month while we had it. Now, maybe 2 years or so after, they say we have a $70+ debt and have their legal team chase after us. Horrible company, strongly recommend you avoid these scam artists taking advantage of aussie families.

I called their customer service to ask for why the price was up during last month...Their customer service just tried to promote their NBN plan instead of solving my question. I asked him again and again but he just asked me to look at my bills and find the answer by myself. Finally, he said he had no idea about my question but his manager is too busy to answer me.Worst customer service ever.

Worst Company to deal with, Worst Customer service ever!!They promise to send you a bill by email then forget, then they get a debt recovery company ring you to collect money STAY AWAY!!!! from veetel, They will also send you a NBN modem and force you to be on NBN by automatically signing you up with them, without asking you.SCAM do not trust them.

Absolutely worst company to deal with!!!! Never call back when they say they are. My grandparents have been without a phone for 2 weeks! Veetel say they have no technician to send out. Absolutely appalling will be leaving to another company!!!

These are the most arrogant people I have met. I could never get the Vee tel TV to work. They always came up with an excuse why it didn't work and promised to fix it. Then 2 years after I returned it they send a debt collector saying I owe $52.30. They don't listen told me it was sorted and then this.

Worst company ever! If I could give zero stars, I would! Not with them nearly a year now and money has been withdrawn from my account by veetel. They were owing me money but now realised they taking money from my account without a reason and without letting me know why, now after a year!!!!!? It’s always around &15-$20 that’s missing from my account. I will be contacting fair trading for this discusting behaviour!!!

Heed the warning stated in all of the reviews for this crooked, unprofessional and highly unorganised company.Dealing with their customer service representatives has been (humorously) a nightmare. Employee of Veetel Emily, yelled at me for being unable to understand her broken English and contradicting statements regarding issues we had with their service and connection.Do yourself a favor and find literally any other company. Veetel provides a terrible service, and also a terrible connection for a relatively standard price.Veetel is NOT the service provider for you.

This company deserves no stars at all!! Night mare to deal with, i have been trying to call them for over 3 days now to have my phone disconnected, no answer, on hold for over 10 min, in the end i loose my patience and hang up. Pathetic company, guess i won't be paying the bill, we'll see then who calls who, I'm prepared to take you to court if need be. PLEASE PEOPLE STEER CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL SAVE YOURSELF A MASSIVE HEADACHE!!
