False advertising. Purchased a coiled bungee cord. Not coiled. Straight bungee cord. $29. Could have bought same cord at harbour freight for $2. Don't trust these people. Will not send return label. Have to pay for return out of my pocket

I bought some essential oilsSmell is lovely. But cannot get oil out. The lids don’t allow the oil to come through. So disappointed as I have to take the droppers out to put oil in diffuser
