Ceiling Fans Direct Warehouse

Ceiling fan we brought in December 2016 had a fault (the light would not turn on) phoned them to let them know, they referred us to the manufacture. Its now May 2017 and issue still isn't resolved. Might be a fine company if you get fan that works otherwise they do not want to fix it! Instead pass you off to the manufacture.

This company has been fantastic to deal with, I seriously cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you to the team for helping me exchange after I ordered the wrong product and then refund a different order when I couldn't use it. The fans I have ended up with are quiet and look great. HUGE THANK YOU! The customer service team are second to none.Merry Christmas.

Buy local or get electrician to buy for you. Very expensive to return a mistake because you have to pay to return fans and then they deduct the cost of sending fans initially from your refund even though they advertise Free Postage over $150. They have added a little * to that statement, but no where on the website does the * get explained. I think I get what it means now - it means you'll pay that postage if you return the fans and it costs a lot of money to send fans there and back. It actually costs about the same as a whole fan. So stick with your own town and buy local.

Easy internet fan order with a rapid delivery. Very happy with the Eagle DC fans and the price.

Tried to get a new remote sent me one didn't work, returned it (free of charge) they sent another one still not working advised them and no response how do you have a business with this attitude.

Fans we got are outstanding, lights really bright, and fane are super quiet. BUT, the service was fantastic!. Awesome crowd to deal with. I cant speak more highly enough about them :)

These guys use Aramex. Took 3 days to leave Brisbane and now 4 days after leaving Brisbane it still hasn’t even arrived in Melbourne. I can get stuff delivered from the USA faster. This is even after paying the extra $7.30 for ‘shipping insurance’ which is also a swizz. Very disappointing (so far fan-less) experience. {edit to add} After being still in transit to Melbourne after 10 days, CFD cancelled the original order and re-sent a new fan via Express Auspost. Good customer service in the end and thanks to CFD for that but I would certainly would not have ordered if I’d known they were using Aramex initially. Anyway, new fan on the way and CFD did their best to put the situation right - Aramex to blame (as per usual).

The fans were well priced and arrived quickly and are very quiet. After installation one of the fans had a slight wobble and it seemed it was caused by a slight bend in one of the blades.I emailed Ceiling Fans Direct and was told I should contact their supplier Hunter Pacific.This is contrary to Australian Consumer Law which clearly states the contract of sale is between the buyer and the seller and any remedy must be provided by the seller. Any arrangement or claim between the seller and the manufacturer or supplier is between them.By failing to deal with the issue themselves they are acting contrary to Australian Consumer Law.So while their sales process, pricing and delivery are all good, their action on warranty claims in denying responsibility and suggesting I contact their supplier is both poor and contrary to the law.

Outstanding service! After waiting over a month and facing further delays for a delivery from a competitor, Ceiling Fans Direct Warehouse came to the rescue and delivered the exact same products overnight! They were delightful to deal with over the phone and online.
