Great service from this company , Debra is very efficient an knowledgeable , can answer questions on the spot, and if she can’t she gets back to you promptly . Extremely organised and efficient . I found Jodie her assistant to be the same .I would highly recommend this company . Everything was on time with the delivery of our carport .and we are very happy with the quality of building materials .

Have been ringing around every place to try and get a quote for a new shed. Took them over a month to get back to me. Lady I spoke to was lovely but ashame it took so long to get in touch as i've heard of others not hearing back and taking months and months to even make a start.

Initially Debra showed great interest in this project as it's not just a simple shed and had some unique design characteristics and we had a great discussion about how it what it was going to look like.I left it with Deb a month ago and she was going to talk to engineering and come back with some revised details, which is understandable given the nature of this project and I gave her the space she needed.After emailing her 2 weeks ago for an update I haven't heard back. Giving the benefit of the doubt and another week of hearing nothing I emailed her again to register her interest and never even had the courtesy of a reply.Given the unprecendented demand on small business it's fair to allow more time to complete even basic tasks but hearing nothing after weeks and weeks is a little hard to stomach, even an auto responder on your emails is better than silence.I've since contacted Wide Span sheds and they're far more responsive and while I haven't written Topline sheds off totally, it'll be pretty hard to come back from this early level of poor performance.

The whole experience was a pleasant one, from the initial meet, Debra who put up with all our questions. Concreter, Builders, roller door assembler . We highly recommend Topline Sheds quick and efficient.Brian & Raymer Jones
