Shocking. Donna and her landlord bullied us into having people round to sell the property we were renting, during the lockdown early stages of the pandemic! When she suddenly sprung on us we had to let people through and didn't care about our health or the risks at the time very much still unknown plus I was home schooling. So we took action to protect our family refusing entry during this time, she then send us notice to vacate! We tried to purchase the property just to have a home during the crisis and they were not interested in a close to asking price reasonable offer (we felt the house was overpriced and didn't actually want to buy it but our safety was more important (note still for sale months later even though we were told owner HAD to sell or would be foreclosed by the bank) and now they have months later after being empty since we left and for sale I noticed re-rented it, so much for that. How nasty making us feel bad for trying to keep our family safe and having a roof over our head, (god help those poor tenants, I hope they don't get treated the same). It was one the worse experiences ever and caused me and my family great upset with the worry of homelessness during a crisis. Donna and the landlord showed zero thought for us tenants and the adverse effects and emotional distress this caused our family. We were lucky we had the money so we could get out of there and buy another house, but feel I need to warn others, of the poor tactics and if you are unfortunate enough to be a blue moon tenant be prepared to be treated like trash and expect your home to be forced to be open even during a lockdown or crisis, they will not care. Expect the unexpected but certainly NOT in good way. This is one property agent you should absolutely avoid.

I have been renting predominantly for 25 years. This is by far the BEST real estate I have ever had the pleasure to deal with!
