The driver of the kincare company care with the rego 1GDI 521 was driving at highway speeds in tonking hwy at roughly 8:30 this morning determined to pay more attention to her phone than the road... posted a photo of the car in question in the photos section.

My father in Perth is with Kincare. They might be OK elsewhere but their Perth organization (January 2019) is in big trouble and has been for the last 8 months. There is absolutely nothing I could say positively about their service as there isn't one . I need to amend this review (January 2020) as Kincare Perth has now employed a fairly new Customer Care Manager (CCM), and she is brilliant! Gail Pears has transformed what was a very poor service provider to the best we have had over the last 10 years. I can't vouch for the other CCM'S though. Certainly worth a try if their other CCM'S at Kincare are as good.

As a service provider, I find Kincare are simply pathetically slow when it comes to payment. They simply don't care when it comes to service providers. I don't like doing it, but I am forced to resorting to ask the client to pay for the service and claim it back from Kincare because I can only take being stuffed around and chasing payment for so long.EDITED POST. This part added. It is now 3 weeks later. One might have thought a review might have elicited a response. It seems Kincare doesn't even care about its reputation. Still no payments. A call requesting to be put through to accounts transferred me back to the case manager who authorised the work. Such a waste of my time chasing up payments. Service providers, please be aware that they don't stick to their 30 day payment policy! One wonders whether slow payment is a deliberate policy to earn interest on the money or sheer incompetence in the accounts department. Either way, Kincare needs to get its act together. I am a positive person, and most of my reviews are 5 star when I recommend a service. However, I need to alert other service providers in WA that Kincare are terrible in their financial dealings. Again this service provider has let my Mother down by not showing up to care for her when she needs help with everything except feeding herself. I came home once again to find her in soiled bed, hungry and cold. Mom is not in good health and needs regular care. When I reported this I was given an apology and told at 5pm last night that by the way" We have nobody to care for her tomorrow and Friday... "Sorry!" I am at work and she has no one else to help her! I just asked for an update now.... and the text said..."Unfortunately we do not have resources for todays service and scheduling are still working on tomorrow!" I still have no idea what happened yesterday as no one will answer me! I am going to have to source resources myself and this might be quoting my job... again to pick up where this company fails! I am also going to investigate further with many misconducts in the past that they have tried to rectify but have continued to fail! What will it take a death someone notices? If anyone else is suffering with their family like I am

My mother has been with Kincare for the last 3 years, for the first 2 1/2 years the service was impeccable, the field staff are always a pleasure to deal with, but unfortunately in the last 6 to 7 months we have seen a rapid decline in the service level from the office from booking services , to invoicing , to general enquiries. Although I have questioned their service level on frequent occasions I am met with the same response, we are doing everything in our power
