Requires payment before service, felt the service was rushed. Poor communication (English not very good). Speaking their language while We were being massaged. Not enough staff on, walking out of our massage to serve other customers. The service has really dropped, I used to attend regularly and now will not return.

New girls don't have much experience. .Had back pain after I leftOwner gave me attitude.After many years coming Here I won't be back.!!!

This business is really understaffed. During my massage the masseuse had to leave to answer a phone call and left again to deal with walk in customers and their queries. I could hear everything that was being said. This really took me out of my massage.The massage itself wasn't too bad but the interruptions were really distracting. Perhaps because it was not a busy period they didn't want to put anyone on to mananage the phones and the counter. The interruptions made it hard to relax and I'd prefer my masseuse to focus on the massage only.

The atmosphere is very soothing and the massage itself was super relaxing! I like how the nice the staff are, I came in today because I pulled a muscle around my left shoulder blade and the massage helped to relax that part of the body.

Loved my massage! Awesome staff, very beautiful and professional. Only took off a star because the The store itself isn’t flashy and on a main road with slight noise from next door. But used Groupon and the value for money was amazing!

Language was a huge barrier here, and the main woman has a stern way about her. Besides that she was friendly enough.A wonderful half hour deep tissue massage, it was the first time I'd ever had to ask someone to ease up haha.. very strong.

I have been many times and everything was fine but today was different the masseurs was rude and when I asked for a firmer upper back and light lower back during the session she told me what I am asking for is Deep tissue and I ordered Medium, despite explaining that at the front desk. When she attempted her version of medium I told her it’s super soft, it was far from a medium. So I said I can pay for firm, she told me it was deep tissue and it’s $10 extra. I said no worries, when she attempted to do deep tissue it was hardly deep she was going super fast in round circles around my shoulder blades like she was in a rush and I told her to slow it down. To be honest I was hardly feeling relaxed or relieved from the massage and was super disappointed towards her attitude throughout the whole experience. I won’t be going back considering I use to go there a lot, it was really disappointing!

This is still my favourite oil massage place. Even though I have moved out of area I still come here for the Thai, hot stone and oil massages

The best aromatherapy hot stone massage I’ve ever had! My therapist was Jum and she was absolutely amazing. Overall clean premises and friendly staff.I have one suggestion though, when I first walked in, I was overwhelmed by the strong smell of tiger balm and I was about to walk out (I’m glad that I didn’t though). Maybe try lighting a scented candle to mask the scent for those sensitive to tiger balm.I will definitely be back!Edit-I don’t know what has happened to this place but it was my worst experience in any massage place yet.I had to ask the therapist to stop digging her elbows into my spine three times before she stopped and was puzzled when I said that it isn’t relaxing and that she’s hurting me. She then proceeded to run her hands gently across my back for remaining 30 minutes or so. Worst massage ever.The therapists were yelling at each other across the rooms in conversation majority of the time, the door bell went off multiple times with the manager yelling at the staff from the front while they were in the massage rooms possibly asking how much longer they had left and the sheets smelt like tiger balm.Waste of money, will definitely not be back.

Quick and easy booking for a good, cheap massage.Location is easy to find along the main drag. I had a deep tissue massage which was well done, they really worked on my shoulders which I had mentioned were a problem area. Massage tables are sectioned off with thick curtains for privacy and you have an air heater to keep the area warm.The staff were courteous and personable - let me use their bathroom before the massage and offered me water or tea afterwards.
