sadly would never use them again , bought a car to my administration office in Fyshwick , I asked them to simply drive it to my mechanics a couple of hundred metres drive down the road( literally two minutes drive ) said happy to pay extra and told NO WAY BOOK ANOTHER TOW . I run a business .If my staff treated any of my clients that way i would sack them .Very poor customer service and i wont use them again .

My bad that I had very bad experience. Not $99 but they charged me $220 to tow my car (5km range) saying night penalty (I agreed). I rang them around 5pm and they responded, it will be done within 45 minutes to 1 hour. But they towed my car only around 11pm which took 6 hours to cover 5 km. And to my surprise, the next day stuff like my sun glasses, USB cable, coins worth of $20 was missing from my car. I tried contacting them through phone, email and their page. Finally I got response after few days and asked me to send the picture evidence of lost items which I did. It’s been more than 2 weeks but no response yet. Just wanted to let people know that please check your car after towed.

Used them to tow the car at night when keys were stolen. Cost $200 but they were awesome.

Excellent response time and customer service. Thanks to Ryan and the team for helping me out on a Sunday night. Highly recommended!

Great experience and service from the team at discount towing

For a 'discounted' towing service its still pricey even getting picked up from a crash service. The Lady on the phone wasn't the nicest either after i was shocked from the price she turned short toned and rude. It also took 45 minutes roughly to get there

These guys are excellent, quick response as described on their website. Super helpful and reliable and very well priced. They only charged $99 for a same night/late night tow to ensure my vehicle wasn’t left on the side of the road overnight. Will definitely be using again. Highly recommended!

Great team, prompt telephone response and timely communications. William our tow truck driver was on time, very helpful, knew his stuff and made towing my dad's car home easy. Highly recommended.
