Terrible! Just called up to get a simple quote and explain something super simple. The lady (Pam I think?) was so rude and difficult and seemed completely put out that I even dared call her. Obviously wasn't looking for any customers. I was prepared to get a huge amount of business logo work done with her - her loss!

The staff are extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and the processes involved. I have personally had many shirts and uniforms made and the prices were very cheap and took only a few days to have 10 made with our logo!

Echidna Embroidery
Took over 2 weeks just to have simple names embroidered on two items. They made no follow up so I had to make numerous phone calls to check the status. In fact, they almost forgotten about my order. Didn't offer any apology discount for the late finish. They love to priorities big corporate orders over local customers. Typical bad business attitude. We'll never go back to this business. No thanks.
