Power outage again!!!Once in May and once in June!!!!We couldn't open for dinner trading in May due to power outage and lost our sales.Again, we cannot open our restaurant today! Today is the most important and busiest day of the week for us, which is Saturday but we just need to wait for the power back on.If we can, we would like to claim a compensation as we lost our revenue due to the power outage.

Can’t keep the lights on during peak demand, and outages are more common than they should be at other times. Even small rural towns in Texas 30 years ago had more reliable power.

The third planned full day power outage within a matter of a few weeks. Western Power must be the worst power provider in a first world country. Got power panels on the roof now, can’t wait to get a battery imstalled and get of their unreliable grid.

Power goes out: you immediately know it’ll be back on at 2:00am. Yet funnily enough it’s not planned? Not to mention how you cut the power to the area that relies on said power to, I don’t know, get water? Come to find out that one street light is down somewhere outside of the affected area, meaning it’s obviously out of complete spite. Seriously? First world prices and third world service.

Apparently any work for it to be planned work has to be more than 72 hours notice. This way their contractor's only have to report it under this and it becomes unplanned. Watched them take 3 hours to deliver a pole only to come back the next day to install it. If I was able to I would have given less than 1 star.

Western power installed a dome on my existing narrow driveway without letting me know. Use your brain before installing it in first place. I don't understand the logic of installing it on the driveway were there is another 10m of property frontage available. I received a standard typical response from Western Power stating it is meeting WP standards and hence it is not their problem when I requested them to remove/relocate it. Now I have to pay WP to move/relocate, bizarre!!!

Absolutely pathetic come home from work to find out the power is off for 4 hours so the $500+ of food and beverages in my fridges and freezers will have to be binned. Assuming it’s not working due to the blokes about a kilometre away working on the street lights. Employ better workers or take better measures to assure this doesn’t happen this is honestly pathetic. No heads up about it either just come home to this

Way too many power outages! I have signed up to receive SMS text notifications for planned outages many times, however never receive a SMS notification of the outage. Only when the trucks are on the road or the power goes out, is our first notification of planned works/outages - then who knows how long the power will be off for. Ice-cream doesn't stay frozen that long...
