The owner (and sole technician) is rarely actually at the store which means it is anyone's guess as to when your device will get fixed. I spent a week and 8 individual visits + 3 phone calls to eventually find out he had not picked up my device.Bitterly disappointed as on the face of it the technician is a nice guy with a friendly attitude - It is a pity those two things cannot make up for the lack of communication & misleading time frames.

Did nothing for 2 months after I left my desktop tower for an upgrade. Excuse after excuse with certain dates promised that the work would be done but still nothing. I got fed up with the constant lies and decided to get it back. The owner tried to blame me in the end would you believe!!!! I still can’t understand why I was treated this way but I can tell you that I won’t be using them anymore. A person can only take so much!!!! The owner needs to rethink his ways!!!!UPDATE: Just had my desktop tower upgraded by another company and it only took less than a week from ordering the parts to having it up and running with the operating system etc!!! No problems whatsoever!!! Makes me wonder how ITNerve can say that they care about the customer when after 2 months they did nothing for me!!!

Went there today top service great price I was quoted $150.00 for new battery nerve quoted $85 they don't rob you they very friendly and know there phones highly recommend
