I can’t say enough good things about Joseph. He just recently rebuilt my old, slow laptop to a speedy efficient one and then spent time with me coordinating my phone and laptop and teaching me how to use some helpful apps I was unfamiliar with but most certainly need. I am a mature woman who is not very confident with technology but Joseph was so amazing. He put me totally at ease with everything without making me feel intimidated. I would highly recommend Joseph for all his IT services. I know I will definitely not be going elsewhere.

Joe has helped me build a custom PC. One of the parts from vendors had an issue and he was great identifying the issue from the way the system behaved, advising on the core issue and remedial steps. I would have been sunk without him.
