Shower had developed a leak into an inside wall - discovered during a termite inspection.Saw Shower Dr van and called the number.Result was a very quick inspection, explanation and quote. Very confidence building.John arrived to do the job exactly on time and was finished the repair and regroup by mid afternoon.Result is very pleasing. The shower recess wasn’t in too bad a condition beforehand, but afterwards it positively glowed.Whole procedure was done on time, very professionally and competently, and inexpensively.Cannot recommend too highly.

disappointing service. Booked in for a leak identification. had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. So far so good. I was told to be available 08.30-10.30 hrs on the day and that I would receive a call the day before about a more specific time. No call received. Tried to call after 4pm but was already closed. Had to call the next day to find out a more specific time as no one called me as promised. Was told after a bit of back and forth a time for the appointment. During the appointment I was told that the shower is either a plumping or tiling issue (which I knew before and wanted closure about which issue it was). Was told to ask a plumber to check for plumping issue. I was puzzled as I understood that the service offered identification of where the leak was coming from. Person who attended thought I asked for a free quote and so had no time to diagnose. Huge time wasting, waiting two weeks, then no communication and then no service that I booked in was provided. Was told that the person was able to come back a few days later to assess shower but never returned. Huge disappointment and time wasting.

More than happy with this service. No mess no fuss just quietly get on with the job. Everything sparkling and looking fantastic, perfect.

Our 26 year old shower needed regrouting and the silicon replaced. From our first contact, everyone was professional, polite and friendly. Paul provided us with a detailed explanation of what would be done and the company's warranty which was backed up with a detailed written quote and the written details of what he had explained. We received a follow-up reminder a week or so ahead of our scheduled booking, and then, John, our tradesman contacted us the day before to confirm his time of arrival. This is excellent customer service. John's work was amazing - we have a shower that looks better than when we moved in 25 years ago! He even brought his own fan to cope with this horrid humidity. The bathroom floor was cleaned of any dust and the shower screen door has been rehung better than before! John was so polite and friendly, and a talented tradesman who takes great pride in his work. Shower Drs. did a great job on ourl small bathroom renovation. We only did a partial renovation, but the work done was excellent. In particular, Esma did an amazing tile work, ensuring the new tiles work well with the old ones. His attention to detail and work quality is top notch!
