Vinnies St Ives

Yesterday I quickly popped in Vinnies. It was a very disappointing e experience. I literally walked in the door with my child, picked up a jacket. My child asked me to look at something and the lady working there came over and said can you come back later, I need to go on my lunch break. I told her I was unable to come back later as we had something on. She replied with I’m locking the door now, see you later. It was obvious she did not care about helping less fortunate people all she cared about was her lunch break. Very poor customer service. She could have atleast given us 5 minutes. I will be looking elsewhere where a charity actually needs support. Clearly this one doesn’t

Vinnies your items in store are way over priced! Have you forgotten they are second-hand! Give that store a miss, go elsewhere!

Prohibitively expensive. Paying full price for secondhand goods

Insanely expensive for what is meant to be a store designed to help low income people. Especially the children’s clothes and goss wear. You can buy items brand new in other stores that are cheaper than here

Got myself and my kids some great quality warm winter coats today. Excellent vinnies store and Rachel the manager is super friendly. Saved a huge amount of money. One of the items still had original tags on it. Great store and so clean and easy to find treasure. Thanks !

This store should be investigated, I know of many friends whom have dropped of plenty of bags full of high quality designer clothing and shoes to this store, yet I have been going in each week, you will only find no name brands such as Kmart, target and the like. It is quite obvious something dodgy is going on behind the scenes at this particular Vinnies where anything worth money or a good brand is not being put out for sale in the shop. Very deceitful business.
