The Crazy Joker

Food was cold and the owners children hurt my son when he was wandering the small playground. We requested some chips and they took 30 minutes to get there FROZEN. There was ripped up carpet and food all over the floor. Rude staff yelling at us that it’s not there problem. Your overpriced and to worth 1 star

Staff was amazing and very polite. Food was great and drinks were the same. Quick service staff greeted us with smiles and welcomes at entry and Cafe. Space is well kept and tidy. Kids had a great time and we all look forward to coming back to such a fantastic family venue.

I’ve taken my young son here recently and won’t be coming back. Some of their foods are mouldy and the play area is never cleaned and extremely dirty. The blow up area for younger kids is covered in holes and scuff marks, never even wiped down. There are wrappers of food and remains of rubbish for kids to pick up and get sick from. The owners are extremely rude and the whole place is unsafe and unsanitary. Although my partner no longer works here, this was an issue well beforehand as seen in many other reviews.

We were satisfied frequent customers and thought we would splurge on a private hire for our daughters birthday. Hire fee is high but reasonable. Catering however was so disappointing. Paid $165 for a “treat station” and there were barely anything. Half handfuls of minimal lollies, quarter filled mousse and jelly that melted almost instantly. There was popcorn cup that was probably a quarter of a $2 microwave popcorn bag! Just plastic everywhere. Also was given 15 minutes before party time to set up and was still setting up well into guest arrival, I wanted to cry. ☹️ highly discouraged.

Appalled at the state of the facility. The equipment is as old as the staff and falling apart. Most of the ‘bouncy’ stuff doesn’t even spring it’s too old and deflated. There’s a stench of sweat in the equipment you cannot escape. There’s food crumbs, hair, glitter and more built up in every corner of the playgrounds that makes it very apparent this equipment is not sanistied or cared for which also raises the question how is the equipment considered even safe with no obvious upkeep or attention? Crusty Joker would have a better ring to it. The staff are sour. The food is foul for the greedy price tag too. We were shocked to come to this venue and wouldn’t return under the same management. The toilets are jazzed up with some fake plants for decor appeal but were not any better. It’s very obvious there is no pride at all in the place, staff or ownership. We got extremely sick, snotty and stuffy after visiting this dingy and run down venue.

Very dirty every time I've been I spend more time picking stuff out of my 16 month old mouth then he does playing it needs a deep clean bad it's got to the point the dust has turned to grime someone needs to open something like this up elsewhere as there is no other options for places like this. Cracks in slide , rips in the nets & just a huge mess very dirty place.

The kids have fun which is the only plus side.However service has been at times blunt & almost rude from some (not all) of the staff.The equipment is starting to deteriorate, for example the inflatable playground in the small children's section is filled with holes & barely stays inflated.The place is overdue for a very thorough deep clean. You don't expect to see confetti & other rubbish on the equipment when you're the first family in the building that morning.Definitely in need of some improvements.
