Avoid. They keep sending different staff at different times so it’s very confusing for the elderly. Pretty poor management.

Worst service EVER, from workers telling other workers and clients about other clients personal and medical information as well as were that client lives, to then not turning up AT ALL and not letting the client know that they are not turning up and then having management not returning phone calls back to the clients. This is the worst service we have ever had. If u love and care for your family member DON'T use this service as they do not care about the clients at all. RUDE workers RUDE staff and all uncaring about the care.
