Worst massage ever got, i bought a Groupon voucher of 2 hours but which lady start massage she does not have any experience, very unprofessional, she started very rough massage if i say something she did not understand anything, in this 2 hours massage she did not do any arms, head massage, just trying to pass the time, i have been there first time. I went there for relaxation but now i am in more pain due to wrong massage. I was very disappointed. I feel i just waste my time and money. Never going back again!! Not a relaxing massage at all

*replyNo, He definitely did not receive a 60 mins massage ( started from 3:30 and finished 4:10 ) and there was no body scrub which she said the $10 extra for, then why he should pay for that?Horrible!!! Bought a Groupon voucher as a birthday present for my husband, he came home very disappointed, the massage was only 40 mins not 60 mins and tried to charge him $10 for a body scrub, which says included in the voucher. $5 extra for oil. The lady who gave him massage had left many times to answer phones and reception. She became aggressive when my husband said no to the $10 extra body scrub!Never going back again!! Not a relaxing massage at all!

Jack does a great massage. Not a very relaxing environment especially when you're wanting a relaxing massage.

This was my second visit. Last week was 1hr of good deep tissue massage. Awesome.This week I had a 1hr massage started well with May but half way through they changed over. The second masseuse was ok but failed to impress and just wasn't a very good finish to what started off as a good massage.Felt disappointed and let down and a little bit ripped off.First 40 minutes 5 star. Second 20 minutes 2 star but hardly her fault as she came in half way through.

Arrived early for my booked appointment. The place was shut. A simple phone call to advise they would not be able to accommodate me would've been nice. It would have saved me the trouble of driving out there in the rain. And I could've booked somewhere else. So disappointing, will be going elsewhere in future.

We are suffering from the impacts of big shopping center taking most of clients in the area. We generally don’t have new clients as the impact and we are struggling to afford the rent.The prices difference between normally massage and the remedial massage are because several reasons. Firstly , a massage therapist to be qualified for remedial massage and health fund rebate, we need to complete a 1 year remedial massage diploma for 8000$ plus 100 hours free practical hours. In addition, we need to pay 357$ for the massage association annually. The association is the bridge between therapist and the private health insurance companies. We have to pay them to allow us provide health fund rebate. Also, we need to pay for first aid 120$ and work with children check for a certain timeframe.Furthermore, the merchant fee (transaction fee) for health fund rebate is much higher than non- health fund rebate transactions as well. Lastly, a remedial therapist has a higher pay rate as they invested their time and money to advance their ability. We can’t afford all the costs, so we can only increase the price for remedial massage. We have listed all prices on the menu and we have a menu at the reception and at the front of the shop to show client the price. So we don’t normally emphasize the prices as that’s show on the table of reception and that’s how u find out we do remedial massage.Another reason I would like to beg you to reconsider the negative review is the prices difference between normal and remedial massage are that’s the industrial policy not a special policy in my shop. If you check the price in the massage clinics in Morayfiled shopping and all other shops in Brisbane. They are all the same that remedial massage is more expensive. Attached is the price of Chi link at Norh Lakes. From the picture, you can see their basic price is more expensive than us, but more importantly, it proves that remedial massage are more expensive than normal massage industrially. Thank you May and Jack. Best massage ever!! So lucky found this little gem beyond the busy shopping centre. The shop is big, super clean and tiddy. Room with wall partition that reduce the noise from the shopping centre. Highly recommended.

Every Sunday I came to massage was amazing, I felt my feet was sore and he fixed for my problem and it felt sore but it was good after massage, I felt all pain is gone . I was so happy and therapist are friendly and good services.

The worst massage I have ever had. I ended up asking her to stop towards the end as it was unbearable. I went in today with a migraine, explained to the receptionist and was handed over to a woman who did not speak any English except ‘ok’. She had a phone to try and translate with the receptionist. She was rough, scraped her elbows literally everywhere over my body, and when asked for a gentle scalp massage, I was kept laying on my front while she sat at the other end digging her fingers into my scalp. All the receptionist could say was ‘I’m so sorry’ that was it. No offer to have someone at least try to give me a gentle scalp massage to try and ease my migraine. So I head home worse off than when I arrived.
