I visited Elegance Tiles yesterday, by happy accident - I spotted it as I drove past on my way to another store, and the customer service I received from Joy honestly made my day.As a woman, going into such stores can feel a bit daunting but I felt very comfortable with Joy and her kind and personable service. She was extremely helpful, and as my timeline for tiles was tight she made sure to firstly check stock availability before getting me samples.I will definitely be returning here in the future - the experience in other stores I went to just could not compare at all.Thanks again for your help Joy :)

Great service, great advice and recommendations. Good selection of tiles, including sale ones. Came home and found cracked tiles. Called in and they gave me an entire an box for replacement. Didn't ask you see them at all.
