Network Rentals Gold Coast

This is the second time I have used the wonderful service of Network Rentals on the Gold Coast for business. I called them from the airport and the guys arranged for my hire car the following day with ease. The price was excellent and before I knew it, I was collecting my little Hyundai i30 for my business trip. The friendly service and care is second to none! Nothing is too much trouble and the car was in perfect condition on pick up. They have a brilliant selection of vehicles to choose from.I will use Network Rentals Gold Coast every time I travel here for work or pleasure. Thank you again for the brilliant service!!!

Would highly recommend getting a vehicle from network rentals. Outstanding service and the hire car prices are affordable and reasonable will definitely use them again.

We rented a HAVAL here for a day to attend a wedding at Kooroomba and the service was the best I’ve received from a car rental.Once we arrived at the office we had the keys in our hand and were on our way within about 5-10 minutes.The staff gave us a tour of the car and showed us how to use some of the features that maybe aren’t included in older cars and we could ask questions as needed.Was very surprised also when they offered to pick the car up from us directly from the hotel we are staying at for no extra cost.Definitely recommend this company to anybody. I’ll be using them again in the future.

Brand new cars, great rates, exceptional customer service.

They where nice to deal with I was running late and they where great with that no extra cost witch was great just kept them up to date and when I say late it was a couple of hours late, but the big (PROBLEM) was they assured me about my deposit it would go instant back in my account, ok maybe an hour or two later no deposit. I stress to them on how important it was for me to get my money back so I could go back to Sydney 24 hours later I still haven’t got my money back now. I have no hotel room so I’ll be on the street and this is really upsetting because I have my mother’s funeral tomorrow, I don’t know how I’m going to get there, like if it’s gonna be a couple of days you should say there is a chance it can take up to 3 days. Because then I would not of hired the car if the deposit wasn’t going straight into my account now I’ll be left on the street tonight which is not good besides that everything was great with the car but now getting the deposit back I feel like there not even help full about it I’m meant to be laying my mother to rest tomorrow, it’s her funeral, and now I do not know if I’m even going to make it. It is so upsetting.

Was skeptical at first. But wow simply trustworthy, value for money and flexibilty in the booking! Will definetly recommend!!! This will be my go to rental if i step foot in this beautiful country again

These guys are great at customer service and treating their clients, hope to see them grow, the rates are very reasonable, it was a great experience renting the car and exploring whole of Queensland, particularly Gold Coast.

Best hire company I have ever used! I rung previous day. I caught the nice easy tram nearby, I picked up car took no time at all. Drop off next morning. Everything was easy, staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend using this hire car company. Thank you Team at Network Rentals!

Sold our car and needed a rental car fast, Network looked after us with a great price for a Mitsubishi Outlander. Went over how the car operated and set up Sat Nav on our phone. Took care of road tolls for a small fee of $1. Great guys and would highly recommend them.Also right at the tram stop at Cypress Ave.
