Psychology is an overwhelmed space these days, Covid has broken routines, uplifted lives and shattered the once infallible sense of safety and protection for many.With this being the case we as patients are ultimately faced with delays of many months to speak to a psychologist or psychiatrist. For those of us that are lucky enough to find a space within the care team’s schedule at Frankston Psychology, we are embraced in a way that’s not at all expected but very much needed.Our needs are carefully broken down and treatment is prioritised, focussed so as to lift our mental health in a stable sustainable manner.I look back to my time with Frankston Psychology with a smile, I’ve taken a break for now but have a support line always open to me should I need it.If you can get into Frankston Psychology, be sure to book in an extended mental health plan to ensure you’re given a good amount of sessions within a couple of weeks of each other else you’ll find yourself booking sessions months apart. (Your mental health plan should secure this)I highly recommend Frankston Psychology.

Extreamly disappointed with client care and service, After my initial consultation, I was unable to have another appointment for 6 weeks. Psychologist next appointment didn't contact me to rebook. I didn't feel having 1 or 2 appointments then waiting 6 - 8 weeks for another was going to work for me.
